Hand Clap

Have everyone stand up.  One person (a leader) stands in front with his hands (like a clock) at 12 and 4.  He then proceeds to switch them.  When they intersect, the crowd must clap.  If they don't cross (the leader stops before they cross) and people clap, they are out.

• Sometimes say, "I am going to cross them twice, and the third time stop"  You always get a few who clap 3 times anyway...
